These quick, and easy to read posts will provide you the basics; What, Where, When, How Much, plus a few of my personal tips in order to help make your planning as easy as possible.
So let's jump in!
First up is the Museo de Arte Popular.
What: Museo de Arte Popular
Where: Centro Histórico just south of Bellas Artes (here)
Closest metro station(s): Juaréz 3 or Bellas Artes
When: Tuesday - Sunday, 10-6
How much: $60 MXN, FREE on Sunday
I am not usually a museum person, but this museum is going on my must visit list for any of our friends and family visiting. Why? Because it can be easily experienced in 30-60 minutes for those with a short attention span, like me, but most importantly it showcases some of the best and most colorful art and craft works in Mexico. Our quick stop into this museum was the first time I truly started to understand the intricate, colorful, and beautiful cultures of Mexico.
